April

Also during my spring break, we went to the Natural history museum (Anita got an annual pass and was thoughtful to put my name on it so I could use it too). I loved seeing things that Craig was always telling me about from his visits with Nini.
We dyed some eggs for a hunt with my mom and cousins.

Gavin got another haircut. His hair grows really fast. And then Anita was dog sitting for some of her friends and we were able to go over for a swim. A little cold outside, but the hot tub was warm.

March

In March, there was lots of fun!

Aunt Nini won some tickets to Walk with Dionosaurs and took Craig, Trevor and I along with her. Craig loved it!! It was pretty neat to see how they did it.
Then, our ward had a little Easter egg hunt for the play group, so Anita dyed some eggs with the boys and took them!

Craig was so mad when he saw that they were taking his eggs with candy out and placing them on the grass. It was hilarious!

The last week in March, I had spring break and wow it was great!! I worked with Craig on going potty and he became quite the expert!! He and Gavin were having so much fun in the bathtub!!

February

In February, Trevor had his birthday and we also went out to Bonnie Springs for President's Day. We took Heidi with us. It was pretty fun!

November

Beginning of November, we had Gavin's blessing, NOV 1. So we had family in town. Then 2 weeks later, Luke's Court of Honor for his Eagle! We were so proud of him. So more family! It was fun!

November 3 i think, Gavin had his second and hop;efully last surgery!!!! He was so good. He couldn't nurse after midnight, so only got pedialyte from a bottle. we got there for his surgery around 7 am. He went in with the surgeons around 8 and was done and out the door around 10(i'll have to check the facts with Trevor, waited too long to write it down.). He did really well, they just went in and sewed up his two hernias that Dr. Fiore found during his first surgery to fix the Hirschsprung's (it was a dirty suergery involving the bowel system, so he didn't do both in the first surgery). He has two tiny scars down further , below his diaper from this and healed so quickly. It was wierd. They put him under and when i went back with him he was crying so strangely. It was very wierd. i could tell he wasn't himself at all. But about 30 minutes later he was acting more normal. i took the day off of work and was able to enjoy the day taking care of my baby and watching over him. The next day, i had to go back, but at least wonderful aunt Nini was there. she really is amazing for us.

October

October was so very fun! We had Gavin at home, i had to go back to work in the middle, (cried every day for a couple weeks there on my way to work), we blessed Gavin the beginning of November, so family came down for Halloween! So much fun!!

Craig was so fun to carve with this year! He helpeed me pick it out and even poke the pumpkin. Trevor had fun dressing up as a boy scout (think of the little boy in the movie up) and was called to assistant boy scout leader over 11 year olds under my dad. Kinda difficult, but he has stuck with it and neither is dead.

Gavin was a lion and Craig was Anakin Skywalker. He even went to his first friend's biorthday party, dressed in halloween costume. super cute.

I even was able to carve a pumpkin and put Gavin in it. It worked a little better with Craig becasue he was older, could actually sit up, but for an almost 2 month old, Gavin did really well.
