pre-approved!
We are pre-approved and can actually go and tour houses!! yay! we are very excited and are gunna go look at a couple this saturday! yay for the wonderful people we are working with. we really are blessed and Heavenly Father is watching over us. thank you everyone who has prayed for us in the past.

Totally great! You guys deserve the best! It's a buyer's market. Sounds like you guys are taking a smart approach with the HUGS org. Take full advantage of all those kinds of resources and pray, pray, pray! The Lord will let you know (both of you) when you've found the perfect first home. Very exciting!
