back to regular life and a checkup

Well, we had lots of fun on our trip visiting family and then back here with other family visiting, but I am still trying to catch up on sleep and get back in the swing of things. We also had our check-up today for baby and he is a big one!! So, hopefully, his growth will slow down a little. Because i don't really want him to come early (would make it harder with my class) and I don't need a 9 pound baby. we'll see.

I promise to try and get many more pictures and videos together and get some blogging done! if only for journal reasons. I need to keep track of things because I always forget things.

we had NV reading week and one day we got to dress up as our favorite book character. craig's mattress on the floor, the week or two we didn't sleep!! he's back in his crib. wearing daddy's shoes, eating dinner at macayos.

Roger and his two older kids came down for a day! he works with airlines and so they just took a quick flight here saturday morning and left Sunday morning.

It was great to see them. we missed seeing Jessica and little Taylor, but it was so nice to see family. And then my brother, Abraham is coming to visit soon! i'm so glad. here's some fun pics!

we just hung out, went to in n out, peeked inside our house (no keys) and then jumped!! of course, saw the silly goats my dad has and then went to heather and curtis's and played wii and hung out. it was great. Craig and Cote were so cute together!! all the kids were so great and so cute!

We were all so tired, Trevor and mom both fell asleep on the couch.

For Matthew's birthday, a family friend came over and they have two kids. well, Craig really liked the little girl. she's 16 months and Craig is almost 20 months. so he is bigger and can walk and run better. plus he's a boy and likes to be a little more rough. well, he tried holding this little girl's hand and having her walk with him. a couple of times, he made her fall.

at the end of the video, he came over and helped me film her. he even tried to kiss her at one point, but i didn't think her mom would like it, so i didn't let him. silly Craig!

then, Craig likes to sit by Jacob. At Sara' kindergarten graduation, he liked to watch Jacob and touch Jacob. Well, Megan was holding Jacob and Craig had to join in!

We got Craig a new mattress! YAY! it is a lot better than the last one, which I think might have been Trevor's mattress. I'm not sure. But this one is much better! And we got a new musical teddy bear. Craig is sleeping much better. Which means all of us are. YAY!



That was yesterday. Then, today, we made pancake with a mix. Well, I left the mix on the table and was trying to play Halo for the first time with Trevor. Craig decided to get on the table and made quite a mess. Of course, he was having tons of fun.

After that, I took him outside and Trevor set up a little pool in the backyard and we just washed him a little in that. He didn't like it very much. It was still kinda cool outside with the breeze. HE did play a little, eventually. But not much.
